The Sisters Oregon custom home was originally constructed in 1995 and had an addition and remodel work performed by Pacific Home Builders in 2009, additional kitchen upgrades in 2010, and bathroom upgrades in 2012. The addition in 2009 consisted of adding a 500sf quilting room and reconfigure the master bedroom. The #1 priority during design and construction was to make sure the addition looked and felt like it was part of the original construction back in 1995. The exteriors are clad with cedar shingle panel siding with several beam and column accents. The quilting room leaves nothing to be desired with custom hanging racks for quilts, a hospital grade rubber tile floor for comfort, audio and visual amenities and finishes to match the rest of the home exactly. In 2010 Pacific Home Builders were invited back to update the kitchen in 2010 and then again in 2012 to update a few bathrooms in the home with custom tile work, plumbing fixtures, and new countertops. The owners also had Pacific Home Builders perform work at a Portland residence to provide seismic upgrades to a beautiful historic home.
